Workout Virtu-Plus: Workout Virtu-Plus

Workout Virtu-Plus is an exercise class aimed at older adults looking to improve their general fitness and health. The class offers a conditioning and toning workout which will include a variety of structured movements designed to raise your heart rate, whilst improving mobility, balance and co-ordination. All exercises will include adaptations, progressions, and regressions making the class suitable for different levels and abilities.
