2021 marks the 275th anniversary of the Battle of Culloden, the culmination of the Jacobite uprisings (over 50 years of religious and political conflict) and a pivotal point in the history of Scotland and the Highlands. Join the Highland Archive Service's Community Engagement Officer, Lorna Steele, for an overview of all Jacobite risings, followed by High Life Highland's Family Historian, Anne Fraser, who will look at the impact of the risings (in particular the 1715) on three prominent Highland families.
