Active Health Classes

Cancer Rehab is a programme supporting people affected by cancer in the Highlands to be physically active. This class for all abilities and is based on building up muscular strength to support the activities of everyday life, improving balance and coordination.

The Parkinson’s Exercise programme has been created specifically for people with Parkinson’s. Classes consist of functional exercises, some of which are chair-based, and some will use a range of simple equipment. This is an interactive session which enables you to take part from the comfort of your own home, with the added benefits of an instructor delivering a workout that can be adapted to suit your level and exercise goals.
