Strength & Balance is an exercise class aimed at older adults to prevent falls, injuries and improve cognition. Keeping active and moving every day are vital to gently strengthen muscles and reduce your fall risk. Dynamic Wellbeing classes are suitable for people with a range of health conditions including, but not limited to, people affected by cancer, chronic pain, type 2 diabetes, respiratory illness and neurological conditions. Level 1 is suitable for participants who: Face difficulties or need assistance with activities of daily living; And/or use a walking aid; And/or have concerns about their balance and ability to stand

Cancer Rehab is a programme supporting people affected by cancer in the Highlands to be physically active. This class is a moderate intensity class based on building up muscular strength to support the activities of everyday life, improving balance and coordination.
