Dynamic Wellbeing Level 2
Dynamic Wellbeing Level 2 - Live Online Fitness Class
Dynamic Wellbeing classes are suitable for people with a range of health conditions including, but not limited to, people affected by cancer, chronic pain, type 2 diabetes, respiratory illness and neurological conditions. Level 2 is suitable for participants who:
- Have minimal or no difficulties with activities of daily living;
- Have good balance but may need additional support (a chair or wall) when completing specific balance exercises;
- Are independently mobile.

Escape Pain
6 Week Course - 2 Sessions Per Week (Session 5)
Escape Pain is a rehabilitation programme supporting people with chronic hip, knee or back pain that integrates educational self-management and coping strategies with an exercise regimen focussing on promoting and progressing functional exercises that improve strength, balance, range and coordination.
Participants will receive an email prior to the initial session containing the Zoom joining link, and thereafter, all subsequent Zoom details will be sent to the participant direct from Active Health.
Participants are encouraged to attend every session. These sessions will be held on:
WK 1: Monday 15 April (1830-1945) & Thursday 18 April (1945-2100) WK 2: Monday 22 April (1830-1945) & Thursday 25 April (1945-2100) WK 3: Monday 29 April (1830-1945) & Thursday 2 May (1945-2100) WK 4: Monday 6 May (1830-1945) & Thursday 9 May (1945-2100) WK 5: Monday 13 May (1830-1945) & Thursday 16 May (1945-2100) WK 6: Monday 20 May (1830-1945) & Thursday 23 May (1945-2100)
