Dynamic Wellbeing Level 1 - Live Online Fitness Class Dynamic Wellbeing classes are suitable for people with a range of health conditions including, but not limited to, people affected by cancer, chronic pain, type 2 diabetes, respiratory illness and neurological conditions. Level 1 is suitable for participants who: Face difficulties or need assistance with activities of daily living; And/or use a walking aid; And/or have concerns about their balance and ability to stand.

- Have minimal or no difficulties with activities of daily living;
- Have good balance but may need additional support (a chair or wall) when completing specific balance exercises;
- Are independently mobile
